We have also registered our customer service with The Campaign Registry, or TCR through “Ring Central” where you have the right to opt-in to SMS messaging. Our services through “Calendly.com” scheduling, also allow to opt-in. Under no circumstances will ‘Ōhi’a Midwifery & Wellness, LLC share identifying data, consent SMS, nor phone numbers with Third Parties, nor your choice to opt-in or opt-out of SMS communications. Furthermore, as stated in our HIPPA declarations page, it is our client’s right to autonomy regarding their personal information, such as the right to access, update, or delete their data – and we will comply with TCR requirements for SMS messaging. As needed and only with your consent will any personal or health records be shared, should the need arise for obtaining a health consult and/or transfer of care. For purposes of education &/or data for healthcare research, consent will also be obtained with client’s personal identifiers removed.
